BSG: Season 3 Finale

Most of my friends know how much I love SciFi Channel’s series, Battlestar Galactica (BSG). While this third season has been good, it hasn’t quite stunned me in the same way that seasons 1, 2 and 2.5 did. But just when I was starting to think that the space odyssey had begun to show signs of flagging under its own juggernaut momentum, last night’s season finale came out of nowhere and absolutely blew my mind. Featuring some pretty major revelations regarding key characters in the show, the finale answered some big questions. That’s not to say it wasn’t a cliff-hanger, because it was, but the producers and writers of the series have proven that they’re committed to moving the show forward and keeping their audience from treading water. The finale also featured a fantastic interpretation of Bob Dylan’s All Along The Watchtower (if anyone can point me in the direction of an MP3 version of this, please let me know). The finale set some pretty high expectations for season 4 and reminded me why I love BSG so much.
