We celebrated Byron’s sixth birthday this past Saturday. We held it at Rocky & Bullwinkle’s Family Fun Center in Wilsonville. There were about 20 kids that showed up to help Byron welcome in his sixth year, and it was an absolute blast.

You may remember when I posted this bit about the Joker in Director Chris Nolan’s The Dark Knight. That turned out to be a hoax. This one, however, turned up on IGN, and it looks fantastic. A perfectly believable and utterly terrifying look for the Dark Knight’s archnemesis.

We put the first coat of paint down in the kids’ room and our room. If you’ve never painted a hardwood floor, you’re one of the lucky many. Laura will be putting down the second coat in our room. The kids’ room ate a whole gallon of paint, so we’ve gotta resupply.
